What Fitness Class is Right for Me? Student leads spin class

It’s important to find a group fitness class that aligns with your goals and fits within your comfort level. However, with over 120 fitness classes each week, picking one to try can be a daunting task. Thankfully, we’ve created a few resources for you to help you along the way! Read on to explore each one!

  1. The first thing you can do is visit to see all the available classes. By clicking on a class that interests you, you’ll be able to read a description that will help you understand what kinds of exercises to expect as well as their intensity. This is also where you can register for classes and see how many participants are already attending.
  2. If you want to get a feel for the format and experience of each class, check out our social media pages under @groupfitnessisu. Pictures of real classes and real participants are posted regularly so you can get a glimpse of everything from boxing, to cross training to yoga. This is also a great place to catch all updates, giveaways and special events!
  3. Find your perfect fit using the chart below. This will help you learn which class fits your needs for the day. Simply start by asking yourself one question: How am I feeling today?
