The proper footwear can go a long way in preventing injury and maintaining comfort if you run a lot. There are so many choices when it comes to running shoes and tennis shoes, it can be hard to know what to choose. Sometimes the best-looking shoes aren’t the best for your feet. I’ll recommend you a few choices to make the decision easier.
ASICS Gel-Cumulus 20
ASICS has been known for a while now as one of the best brands when it comes to running. The comfort and support offered by ASICS is top-notch. Some may find that they don’t enjoy the look of ASICS, so if that is important to you it’s something to consider.
New Balance 890v6
I personally enjoy my pair of New Balances for the support they offer my foot. This choice is quite a bit cheaper than the ASICS pair, as well. New Balance has a lot of choices that will all do well for running, so you can pick a style that suits you.
Nike Zoom Fly FK
The Nike Zoom are some of the best shoes for long distance running competitions. Many will find that the Nike’s are among the best-looking options in the running category. They also come with the Nike price tag. I would recommend these to those who are serious about running and plan on running in competitions.
These recommendations may not be right for everyone, but they are a great starting point to help you find the shoes that will work best for you. We hope to see you rocking some great new shoes at one of our facilities soon!
