Boxing Club at ISU

Iowa State Boxing Club offers training for those who are looking to box competitively, as well as for those who are just looking for a way to stay in shape. The club consists of a boxing team (for those who are consistently at practice and want to compete) and members that want a workout or to brush up on their skills. In order to join club practices, one must first complete our basics training class that is offered each semester.

Roster Size: 40-100

Practice Times: Club: Monday-Friday 5:30pm – 7:00pm. Class: Varies each semester

Practice Location: Basement of State Gym

Governing Body: USA Boxing

League: National Collegiate Boxing Association (NCBA)

Regular Opponents: Navy, West Virginia, North Carolina
