Media Pass
A media pass is required to take any photos/video or conduct interviews within Iowa State University Recreation Facilities. Approved Student Organizations and staff may also request a tabling session or a facilities tour for their group. Please complete the form below and submit at least 3 days prior to the date being requested. We will confirm with you via email if your request is approved.
Recreation Services at Your Event
Recreation services student staff are available to attend events such as resource fairs, res life meetings, student org gatherings, etc., to share information about resources available at recreation services. Please submit this form at least 2 weeks prior to your requested event.

Marketing Request
The Marketing Request Form is intended for Iowa State University Recreation Services and Wellness professional staff. Please submit this form 4 weeks prior to your requested deadline. After submission of the form, you will be notified about its status, our suggested approach, and the student that will be working on the project.
