Personal Training Services

Take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle with our student trainers!

Personal training services include individualized one-on-one 60 or 30 minute sessions and small group sessions of 2-4 people.  The service of personal training is aimed to help you understand your fitness level, establish a workout plan, coaching corrective movement form and resistance equipment orientation.

New Clients

If you are interested in hiring a trainer, please fill out this PT Request Form and pay for your sessions using the link in the form to request a trainer.

Please note trainers will be assigned within a week once a personal training package has been purchased.
