Personal Training Services

Take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle with our student trainers!

Personal training services include individualized one-on-one 60 or 30 minute sessions and buddy sessions of 2-4 people.  The service of personal training is aimed to help you understand your fitness level, establish a workout plan, coaching corrective movement form and resistance equipment orientation.  Student personal trainers have attended a semester long course as preparation for the American Council on Exercise (ACE) national personal trainer certification along with experiential mentoring hours to prepare them to provide a quality personal training service.  To see the list of trainers available for personal training services please click the link below.  If you are still unsure about personal training services, please consider scheduling a 20 minute fitness consultation to discuss your fitness needs with a personal trainer who can provide helpful information about all the possible options to improve your fitness.  To schedule a fitness consultation e-mail Nora Hudson, Fitness,  Senior. Members: If you are interested in hiring a trainer to improve your health and fitness, please fill out this PT Request Form.


**We do require new clients to pay for a package before beginning a session. There are several options for payment within the Request Form. Sessions cannot begin until a package has been purchased.

Please note trainers will be assigned to clients within a week once a personal training package has been purchased and clients will receive a client assignment e-mail listing the trainer who has been assigned to provide personal training services.

Refund Policy

All Personal Training Services are non-refundable except under the following circumstances:

  • A Client has a documented medical or health condition that will not allow them to use the facility
  • A Client will be on military deployment
  • Client is a faculty/staff who is no longer employed by the university
  • Client is a faculty/staff with a change in employment status (i.e. shift change or newly assigned remote work)


  • Cancellation/Refund Request Form must be completed and any request. Any applicable documentation must be provided to request a cancellation or refund
  • Upon approval, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed on a prorated basis and refunded back via the original method of payment
