CyZone+ Cycle

6:30 - 7:20 AM State 2185 LVL 2 Zoe M.

Cycle to the beat of the music and your heart! Combining heart rate technology with indoor cycling hills and flats, our instructors will help you to use heart rate zones as a guide to the best workout level for you.

This cycling class involves using our Polar armband heart rate monitors to train in your heart rate zones. For the zones to be specific to you, please create a Polar account at https://flow.polar.com/register prior to coming to the class. You will then be able to borrow a monitor in the class and associate it with your individual heart rate data.

Barre

A muscle-toning class that utilizes a ballet barre for many of the exercises. Muscular endurance will be challenged by very high reps and low weights with a goal of fatiguing all major muscle groups for a full body workout. See you at the barre

Sunrise Yoga

Cycle Fit

Cyclone Circuit

A fun and fast-paced class where everyone begins at a station and rotates to the next to complete all exercises with rest in between. Excellent for getting a good sweat and using various strength equipment

Boxing Circuit

The instructor will lead you through shadow boxing to master technique and then transition to punching and kicking the heavy bag. The class will include a variety of strength training and plyometrics to give you an amazing full-body workout.

Women & Weights

Yoga Flow

Aqua Dance + Sculpt
