Summer Session 2 Fitness Class Schedule

Iowa State Recreation Services offers a wide range of classes with something for everybody. Classes offered are strength, cycling, yoga, barre, Pilates, kickboxing, cross training, aqua, cardio dance, and HIIT classes. Come try out a class and you might find your new favorite workout!
