Trips & Workshops

The workshops offered through the Adventure Program are geared toward the beginner and intermediate level participants. We offer rock climbing workshops on multiple dates. No matter what your interest or skill level, you will learn something new! Trip/Workshop participants must be 18+ or a registered ISU student if they are under 18 years of age.

Is your group looking for an outdoor adventure? Look no further! Adventure can customize a trip for you. Trips Include

  • Transportation and Drivers
  • Food once we reach the destination (road meals not included)
  • Technical equipment (personal clothing not included)
  • Logistics and reservations for the trip
  • Trip Leaders to plan and manage the trip

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds will be provided to all participants if a Trip/Workshop is cancelled by ISU.
  • For a full refund to be granted, registered participants who cancel on a Trip/Workshop must be replaced. This can be done by getting a replacement from the Waiting List or by the individual finding a replacement for their spot. Refunds need to be filed two weeks prior to the Trip/Workshop.
  • Refund requests submitted later than two weeks period will not be granted at full price. Prorated refunds may be given to participants with a sudden documented medical condition that renders them unable to participate or on military deployment.

CANCELLATION/REFUND REQUESTS

  • A Cancellation/Refund Request Form must be completed for any request. Any applicable documentation must be provided to request a cancellation or refund
  • Upon approval, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed on a prorated basis and refunded back via the original method of payment
