Rec Milers Club Login

The Rec Milers Club is designed to encourage healthy habits and help you stay interested and involved in a regular exercise program. You choose your own activities and exercise at your own pace and convenience.

Registration

Registration is free. The program operates for twelve (12) months (August through July each year). Rec Miler participants keep track of their activities and chart their progress online. You are able to submit miles for anytime in the past 30 days.

Awards

All awards for students are free. For non-students, a fee of $5.00 is charged for each T-shirt award. Awards may be claimed at the Recreation Services Administrative Offices (2220 State Gym). To receive an award, you must present a valid ISUCard encrypted with the current version number.

Recording Progress

To receive Recreation Mileage credit, you must record your activites on line at least once a month. You will not be able to record your activities past 30 days. A monthly calendar is available to assist you in tracking your activity. These calendars are for your personal records and should not be submitted to Recreation Services.

Recreation Mileage / Conversion

The Conversion Chart indicates mileage equivalents for various activities. If you participate in an exercise activity not listed, choose something of similar intensity to convert to Recreation Miles. The system will always convert exercise activities to Recreation Miles. Mileage is recorded on a continuous basis and accumulates from August through July.
