Death Valley, now doesn’t that sound inviting! During the summer this environment is so harsh it is not possible to travel through on foot. But in the winter it cools dramatically and allows for visitors to check out the wonders of this desolate world. This is where you will be going on the first leg of this journey. On the second leg you will be heading a little east to a wonderful rock climbing area called Red Rocks. This area is set-up well for beginners and experienced climbers alike. Your trip leaders will provide you with some fun and challenging routes.
