| Eligibility: |
| ISU students, staff, faculty, affiliates, & spouses are eligible. Everyone must show a current ISU ID Card in order to participate at each match. |

| Forfeits: |
| $10 forfeit fine will charged to captain's U-Bill if your team doesn't show up for a match. |

| Notes: |
DO NOT register online. To register, you will need to go to 2220 State Gym and fill out a registration form. At that time, you will also sign up for your team's game times.
Registration is open from March 24th - April 2nd.
There is an entry limit of 88 men's teams and 8 women's teams. |

| Tournament Dates: |
All teams will play in a single elimination tournament.
Playing dates will be:
- Wednesday, April 8th
- Monday, April 13th
- Wednesday, April 16th
- Saturday, April 19th
- Sunday, April 20th |
