| Eligibility: |
| All current ISU students, faculty, staff, spouses, and affiliates are eligible. Participants must have a current ISU I.D. or user pass to enter the Rec Center in order to play, NO EXCEPTIONS! |

| Forfeits: |
| A $10 forfeit fine will be charged for "no shows." Please notify the intramural office at least 24 hours before your match if you will not be able to play (294-0996). |

| Notes: |
| You MUST play in the prelim matches in order to play in the tournament on Sunday. You will not be scheduled for the tournament if you don't play either Monday or Tuesday! |

Monday, October 5th (Men only)
Tuesday, Octber 6th (Men and Women)
Times: 6:00pm - Midnight

EVERYONE WILL PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11TH!!! YOU WILL PLAY SOMETIME BETWEEN 2PM AND MIDNIGHT.
