Group Fitness

Registration

Group Fitness User Cards are required in order to participate in the group fitness classes. Cards are free for verified currently enrolled/fee assessed students and for eligible students who have purhcased a Continuing Student Pass. Cards are $27.00 per semester for faculty and staff. Sign up is available at the Lied Recreation Center or at the Recreation Services Administrative Office, 2220 State Gym. Please bring your current ISU Card.

* ALL classes are subject to cancellation due to low participation numbers and are subject to change in class format, instructor, class time.

* Group Fitness Evaluation forms are available outside of each studio and can be found online. Your input is appreciated and contributes to the success of the group fitness program!

Lied Recreation Athletic Center Students are required to present their red ISU ID card for admission to the Lied Recreation/Athletic Center. Faculty/Staff must have a current Lied pass to participate in fitness classes at the Lied Recreation Center.

Class Information

Attendance Group Fitness class participants must arrive prior to class start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted into the class. This policy is intended to reduce disruptions and interruptions, and to provide the best service to all participants. Thank you for your cooperation.
