Smart Eats Program

Skip the diet. Just eat smart.

Your food choices each day affect your health— how you feel today, tomorrow, and in the future.

Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.

Participants in the Smart Eats program can:

  1. Enhance knowledge of healthy eating guidelines
  2. Increase self-efficacy to make nutritious food choices
  3. Improve one’s relationship with food through balance and joyful eating

Take a small step to better nutrition today, and move toward a healthier you.
