Small group training is available as semi-private (2-6 people) sessions. When a group signs up the class includes a free fitness assessment and six (6) 60-minute sessions at $10 per session per person.
To pre-register for small group sessions
Step 1: Complete New Client Information Form. New Client Information Form (PDF)
Step 2: Submit paperwork, and schedule initial consultation with Assistant Director of Fitness & Wellness at the Recreation Services Administrative Office during normal business office hours. (M-F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
Step 3: After meeting with Assistant Director, complete contract and make payment at the Recreation Services Administrative Offices.
You must have a current valid Rec Pass to utilize small group training services.
