Personal training is an opportunity to work one-on-one with a qualified fitness specialist. You will receive a program that has been individually created to suit your wellness level and fitness goals. ISU personal trainers have the background, knowledge, and experience essential in designing a program that will work for you.
Our mission is to provide you with the skills, strength, and knowledge to set and obtain your goals. We are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals in a motivational, knowledgeable and non-judgmental atmosphere.
The effects of personal training will vary according to each individual. Results depend upon personal application, realistic goals and a commitment to the program. Combined with a personal commitment from you, personal training will:
- Help you exercise safely and effectively
- Provide encouragement and motivation
- Help you set & achieve fitness goals
- Celebrate your achievements
- Provide new program/training ideas
