Cardio Dance

Cardio Kickboxing

A high energy class that allows you to find your inner Rocky by jabbing, punching and kicking your way to an improved fitness level. Class will focus on learning form and technique and then incorporate boxing gloves and mitts.
Cycle Fit

Learn the indoor cycling techniques of riding flats and hills to build lower body strength and endurance to improve your individual fitness level. The energy is high and music is motivating. A great low impact fitness option for your joints.
Hip Hop

Zumba

Core Strength

A 30-minute class focusing on various abdominal, oblique, and lower back exercises to improve core strength.
Sculpt & Tone

A muscle-toning class that utilizes light to moderate dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls and more to sculpt and tone every muscle group in the body.
Mindful Yoga

This class emphasizes verbal and instruction to help connect participants to their own body and breath while exploring simple to complex yoga poses that aid in the discovery of the deeper benefits and self-awareness yoga offers to each.
Sunrise Yoga

Ease into your day with progressive yoga movements that activate your flexibility and breathing for a positive star to the day.
Yoga Flow

A vinyasa style yoga class that offers continuous movement in and out of postures linked with the breath. The goal of the class is to progressively build intensity into deeper postures before unwinding into much needed relaxation ending.
Yoga For Stress

Utilizes gentle and restorative yoga postures with an emphasis on various types of breath work and relaxation techniques to relieve the effects of stressful living.
Wellness Yoga

A therapeutic style of yoga that emphasizes linking breath with movement and modification of postures for a health and wellness effect. This a great class for individuals new to yoga and/or having neck or back health issues.
Fitness Yoga

This class keeps the body in motion through simple warm-up movements, into Sun Salutations, and a sequence Β of postures/exercises from YogaFit level one yoga classes. Postures are held briefly, about 3-5 breaths.
Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Aqua Circuit

An interval workout utilizing cardio drills and strength exercises in shallow water for at total body, low impact workout.
Jump Fitness

Jump into fitness with this fun class utilizing fitness trampolines and strength equipment for a great, full-body workout.
Vortex

This class utilizes intervals against a circular current in the Vortex poll to get you in tip top shape.
Mindful Meditation

Class is guided by counseling staff consisting of intervals of formal guided meditation with brief discussion opportunities to enhance concentration, performance and physical/emotional health and well-being. De-stress, re-focus and relax!

Level II Classes: Regular exercises about 2-3 times week and comfortable with various movements.Β

Barre

NEW CLASS!Β A muscle-toning class that utilizes a ballet barre for many of the exercises. Muscular endurance will be challenged by very high reps and low weights with a goal of fatiguing all major muscle groups for a full body workout. See you at the barre!
Yoga Sculpt

A total body workout combining yoga sequencing with weight training. The class is set to high energy music, gives the option to use light free weights and includes exercise such as push-ups and squats.
Yoga Strength
πŸ’ͺπŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ
Explore the edges of your physical and mental strength with a class that progresses postures toward fun standing and arm balance postures that condition and transform your body/mind/spirit into a new sense of strength! Previous experience in yoga required.
HIIT Strength
πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ
HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training. A quick workout that will get you results! In this 30-minute class we’ll use both weighted and body weight exercises to perform quick bursts of strength exercises followed by quick recoveries to improve muscular strength exercises followed by quick bursts of strength and overall fitness.
Functional Strength

A full-body, weight training class using TRX suspension trainers, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls and other strength equipment that will assist in your goals to get stronger and make you more efficient at activities of daily life.
Aqua Deep

A great workout in the deep end of the pool, targeting cardiovascular training and muscular endurance using aqua belts, gloves and buoys. Every muscle will be worked!
Insanity LIVE

You’ve heard of Insanity, now do it LIVE! Certified Insanity instructors will take you through a killer workout that includes agility training, cardio conditioning and total body strength drills.
Jazzercize

No more leotards and leg warmers! Have a blast getting fit with this exciting workout that mixes dance based cardio with strength training. Fresh pulse-pounding music and hip, fun moves bring the intensity to improve your fitness level, boost your mood and ignite your energy.

Level III Classes: Physically fit and looking for a challenge

Cardio Circuit

A fun and fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for somewhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes and then move on to another exercise. Everyone begins at a station and rotates to the next to complete all exercises with minimal rest in between. Excellent for getting a good sweat and training your cardiovascular system.
Boot Camp
πŸ’“πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ
You’ll sweat, scream and persevere to earn those amazing fitness gains with calisthenics, plyometrics, agility drills and basic training military exercises that demand “the best you’ve got!”
Boxing Circuit
πŸ’“πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ
NEW CLASS!Β The instructor will lead you through shadow boxing to master technique and then transition to punching and kicking the heavy bag. The class will include a variety of strength training and plyometrics to give you an amazing full-body workout.
Cross Training Fitness
πŸ’“πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ
Challenge both your strength and cardiocasular abilities by executing various functional movements at high intensites. This class will involve weightlifting, rowing, pushing, pulling, throwing and more. Each workout is set up to earn you a score that you can come back and beat the next week!
